Really???
By now, most people, if not everyone, have reverted to their previous ways, habits, and lifestyles. While nearly half of Americans make New Year's resolutions, only about 25% of people actually stay committed to their resolutions after just 30 days, according to Columbia University. According to new research by Dr. Michelle Rozen, a whopping 94% of us drop the ball on our commitments within two months, and only six percent follow through.
Personally, I stopped making resolutions a while back and just decided to push to be a better me on a daily basis. May I suggest that you do the same, in whatever way that looks like for you and then ultimately you will discover a "new" you.
Growing the Conversation 16 Years!!!
JTC has also began a new chapter as we are embarking on another year of keeping the conversation thriving. February of this year we will celebrate Sixteen Years of Service!!! Fifteen years ago, we were just a small community Organization.

Since then, we have slowly but effectively evolved into a World-wide Organization that has touched lives and have made impact in the schools within our community, to the homeless populations around the cities, to the prisons across the country all the way to the villages across the world!

The Conversation continues to GROW!!!

None of this would have been possible without YOU, our partners!!! Your countless commitment to this organization has not gone unnoticed. You too, have been a part of this conversation!
What's next?
The Conversation has kicked off the New Year Conference Style, by hosting a Master Class earlier this month. We are just getting started!

Our esteemed Executive Director, E. Wilson, is collaborating with Dr. CL Williams from 21days2achieve.com to present the upcoming class, "Empower Yourself," a Burner Class. This Zoom event is scheduled for February 1, 2025. For further details, please reply in the comments.
Testimonials
We would like to conclude this edition by sharing a few heartfelt testimonies. During the Fall of 2024, JTC was actively engaging in conversations and interviewing Kings behind bars. JTC wants you to know that even from behind bars, true rehabilitation does take place. Let's take a look...
