ABOUT US

What is the JTC X-CHANGE?

Established in 2009, JTC stands for "JOIN THE CONVERSATION". Erick Wilson founded the Organization back in February of 2009. His vision was to help people overcome the struggles of life and at the same time propel them into their purpose. Distressed people need to know that regardless of their present situation, they are still valuable. Out of the high rising rate of suicide, divorce, crime and unemployment, JTC was birthed, to take on the challenge of reversing these turnovers. The organization has since then evolved into a Mentoring Group that has taken the conversation into the Classrooms, the Prisons, from City-to-City to State to State and International! Two or more people exchanging inspirational words, concepts & ideas form a conversation that will impact the world in an extraordinary way!  We invite you to catch the buzz and...

JOIN THE CONVERSATION!

Why JTC?

At JTC we take a lot of pride in the welfare of people and their families, especially our YOUTH!  Statistical reports show that there is a deuteriation in our families.

SUICIDE, DIVORCE & CRIME

are rising at an alarming rate.

SUICIDE

A recent report by the World Health Organization (WHO) states that “In the United States, males are four times more likely to die by suicide than females. Male suicide rates are higher than females in all age groups” (the ratio varies from 3:1 to 10:1)

DIVORCE

” More than 1,000,000 youngsters a year live through the shocks of a marital breakup. Today’s children are the first generation in the country’s history who think divorce and separation are a normal part of family life,’ says sociologist Andrew Cherlin of Johns Hopkins University.”

CRIME

Violent crime is very much the domain of men. Men are responsible for most criminal acts, and they are the victims more often than women. This is true even in the acutely tragic cases of the murder of a child. Of murder victims aged 5 years or under, most are males, and most are killed by a man.
